The two bastard teams both won undeservingly in penalty shoot-outs. Fantastic performance by Gretna, despite failing at the end. From observing shoot-outs over many years I was quite confident that Liverpool and Hearts would win when it got to that stage. The 'big' team almost invariably wins the shoot-out.
