The heading is a cardio-thoracic in-joke for fans of Roberts Zimmerman and Burns - and it signifies that I am back here - I will not be as prolific as before because I have to stop every fifteen minutes to be fed grapes by a nurse. And in case you think my mind has been on other things recently, I will very shortly be re-capping on the scandalous way McKie's case has developed in the last week. Oh good, can't wait.
