Howl Again

This is the 50th anniversary of the publication of Ginsberg's 'Howl'. In March I wrote about it in some detail. If you are interested, you can download an audio file of Ginsberg reciting the poem, by clicking on the above heading - it's probably not a good idea to do that if you are at work - unless you happen to work at a pornographic magazine or something similar - otherwise the poem will cripple your computer system. As previously noted, I haven't got a clue what most of it is about - but it sounds good - which is one of the main purposes of poetry.
