The Ghost of Electricity

It looks increasingly like my favourite Dylan website, Expecting Rain, has moved beyond expecting rain, and is now suffering hard rain and hurricane, and is no longer merely before the flood but is now down in the flood. In more prosaic terms, it seems to be defunct (or a word which sounds like that but which I'm not allowed to use). It looks like the web-hoster has pulled the plug and the days of swapping concert material may be over. I can only hope this is a temporary glitch. As Bob himself once said, "Death is not the end". Although it seems pretty final to me.
